We can cover the various tools and programs that you want to know how to use or use more efficiently. Some examples include: Windows 10, Microsoft Office, setting up routine backups and so much more! 

Need help setting up a new email or merging an old account with a new one? Schedule time with a technician to help setup your new email along with notifying and transferring contacts. Some emails and folders can be moved over to the new email account as well. We can set it up on any device so you can stay connected to the outside world.

Having trouble remembering all your passwords? Our technicians can help you figure out your password or reset it if needed. There're several ways to manage your passwords including writing them down or encrypting them using an application. No matter which way you choose to store your important data, you should always be careful storing them on mobile devices or computers.
