Software Issues

      A variety of software issues can cause your everyday computing to come to a halt. It can be caused from the computer needing updates or installation error. One essential program we can help you with is Microsoft Office with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook. We also service other similar Apple versions include Pages, Slides, and Mail. We can help with freeware programs like Open Office, Libre Office, Windows Live Mail, Itunes and many more. Another major issue we tend to see is with older software. Older programs tend to have issues with current security protocols and can cause them to not load properly. 

      Applications now can link to your cell phone or tablet to your computer while you're on the go. You can access many types of files that you created on your computer. Documents, pictures, music, presentations, contacts, and passwords are just some of files that you can sync with a little setup. Some programs are free to sign up like Microsoft One Drive, iCloud and Google Drive that offer the capability of syncing items from your computer to your phone. You can upgrade your account to a premium service that includes more benefits and space available online. Another major app that is used on our phone is for email. We can help setup a new email or fix settings so you can receive emails once again.
